Week 6, Day 3 – The importance of 2 Star Diamond with KATIE GREEN
How do you achieve 2 star Diamond?
1) Two star Diamond is a HUGE milestone in your Beachbody business. It requires that you have 12 personally sponsored, active coaches and that you have one paid diamond on each leg. If you have multiple diamonds, but they are on the same leg, you will remain a one star. When you are achieving star diamond rank, you go into “qualifying” mode. Once you have completed qualifying (maintaining those 12 personally sponsored coaches AND paid diamonds on both legs for 6 weeks,
consecutively), you will have earned the title 2 star diamond! Hurray!
If you are currently aiming for diamond, 2 star might feel like a far fetched or distant goal. That is not rue! Diamond is absolutely NOT a stopping point. It is the launching pad for your business. And as soon as you reach diamond, your sights should be on 2 star. It is a must! Remember, true leaders create OTHER leaders. You should be working with your downline coaches right now to help them develop their businesses. I have seen plenty of coaches hit diamond in 1-3 months, so 2 star could
be right around the corner if you provide the requisite training, support and motivation!
2) Why is 2 Star Diamond a big deal?
- You get to open a SECOND business center! That means that you will see your own name in your downline. And, when you get that center to diamond, it will count towards your first business center rank! You will have a separate online office for this second center, with its own screen name, email address and password. When you want to filter a sale through that center or add a coach to that center, you will share that particular center’s website or use the mobile app in the second center
- All success club points assign to the FIRST center. So, do not worry! You will not have to reach
success club in multiple centers!
- You get a raise on every single sale that you make! That’s right! Once you reach 2 star, you can filter most of your retail through that center. It not only counts for personal volume in your second center, but it will give your FIRST center team volume! This will help to boost your team cycle
*Note: Discuss placement of your second business center with your upline because every downline is unique. But if you have a strong leg and a weak leg, getting a second center can dramatically increase your team cycle bonuses when you place that center on your weak leg.
D. Opening your second business center is a great opportunity to market the “Golden egg opportunity.” You are already a successful coach with a solid track record. A prospect that enrolls in this center early in its development will have the unique opportunity to benefit from your continued growth and volume. If you leverage this “golden egg opportunity” the right way, it can be an explosive recruiting period for your business.
