Why do customers come to us for challenge groups? They are looking for one-on-one coaching. They did not get results at the gym. Maybe they have no clue where to start with nutrition and fitness. It could be they are looking for accountability, encouragement, recognition or a great experience knowing they are not alone! Keep this in mind throughout your challenge group!
Do not have tunnel vision and only try to sell to one type of customer. If you do, you are selling yourself short! As a coach you need to be trying different programs so can provide REAL feedback! How many Beachbody programs have you tried?
There are various types of challenge groups (21 Day Fix, PiYo, T25, Insanity Max). It’s great to have other programs and challenge groups to offer your customers once they have completed a few rounds of the 21 Day Fix for example. Consider a hybrid calendar that you can create of two different challenge groups (ie: PiYo and 21 Day Fix). Consider the Promotion of the Month and focus on a Challenge Group surrounding that! Are you running Free Challenge Groups? These can really help create new SC points for the following month IF you are following up with your challengers and showing them what your accountability groups are all about.
Think about your challenge groups! Have you run a challenge group without your upline coach yet? If not, it may be time to spread your wings and talk to your coach about doing so! After all, if you are trying to PUSH for Diamond then you need to start dusting off your leadership skills! Do you open your challenge group with a welcome video explaining to your challenger’s your expectations of them? Consider creating your OWN video welcoming your challengers and letting them know what to expect when they receive their package from Beachbody! I know I was so overwhelmed the first time I received my 21 Day Fix box and a video explaining what to expect would have felt very comforting.
What are your goals as a coach for challenge groups?
1) Get them to interact like a coach when they are a challenger. What does this mean? Your posts should be interactive! Share YOUR favorite Shakeology recipe and ask them to share in comments their favorite recipe. Build their confidence! Ask them to share a non-scale victory then celebrate their success!
2) Get your customers to fall in love with Shakeology so they want to continue drinking it. The common thread throughout the entire challenge should include Shakeology and the benefits.
3) Make sure they get RESULTS! Follow up and ask how their nutrition is going! Encourage them. Share healthy recipes! Make sure you are adding VALUE!
CHALLENGE GROUP IS OVER NOW WHAT? If you’ve been following up with your challengers it makes it an easier question to ask what is next for them. Share with your challengers the coach discount! Ask for referrals! if your challenger had great results ask them if they have any friends that want to join next round!
