Week 2 Day 4: Converting Challengers to Coaches
70% of Beachbody coaches were customers first. So start looking for potential coaches among your current challengers and Shakeology customers! Customers in Challenge Groups tend to understand why and how our programs work, set goals and commit to achieving them, provide motivation and accountability to others, and develop their own personal success stories.
Sounds like a pretty great potential coach, huh?
Watch specifically for the following qualities among Challenge Group members:
-advocate for Beachbody products
-sets goals and is committed to making a positive change in their life for the long term
-turns obstacles into opportunities
-eager to help others and add value to the Challenge Group
-love to share their story
-enjoys learning new things and sharing them with others
-has a “why.” Something that drives or motivates them.
Customers will learn these qualities from you first, so always be sure to exhibit them yourself!
