WEEK 1, DAY 3: HOW TO MOTIVATE YOUR COACHES +RECRUITING TRACKER
1- Lead by example- We cannot expect our coaches to do what we’re NOT doing. Be the example by showing them what you’re doing everyday with all the small or big accomplishments. Be front and center so they have someone to follow and look up to.

2-Get to know your coaches on a personal level- Help your coaches identify their “why” and FORM them always. The strong relationship you have with them them the more they feel its a partnership and feel they are in This with you!The WHY has to be strong enough to make then jump out of bed in the morning- What is that money for? Why is that important to you? Then constantly remind them of their MOTIVE so they refocus. Dig deep!
3-Teach them to set realistic goals and be PROACTIVE- When you take ACTION with your health, fitness and the business you will get motivated to keep going. I know when I’m not motivated its bc I am being LAZY!!
OK there i said it. HA! If they want this, they have to get up and show up everyday. Get them out of that comfort zone and have them show people through a phone call, meet up or zoom call. There is something unsaid about a human contact and getting out there face to face that makes all the difference in the world! People buy that caring and compassionate gesture not so much the text on a screen. HUGE DIFFERENCE!
-LOVE ON THEM!!! You have to love on you coaches where they are in their journey. Set goals with them that are attainable and NOT your goals! The more they keep smashing their small goals the more they will smash bigger goals. Be supportive and not a PUSH or NAG! We know we all don’t like it so let’s not do it to them.
4-Work with the willing- You gotta let go of those that don’t want this like you do. No matter how much you want it for them and you see their potential they have to see it for themselves.
In business, don’t fall in love with someone’s “potential”. If they don’t want to get better, release them.- Erric Worre
5-Encourage, Empower, Positivity- Don’t we all want a pat on the back for all the small unseen efforts? I know i do and i think we as humans NEED constant LOVE like oxygen to our lungs. Words of affirmation make all the difference in the world and can even make them work harder because it shows your VALUE and appreciate them!
Spoken praise and appreciation will fall like rain on parched soil.
***WHY ASSIGNMENT- Get on the phone TODAY with all coaches and get down to the WHY!
Why do they want this? How can this opportunity bring freedom to their life? There will be a huge shift once you find what drives them to the CORE!
LIST- coach name and one word that describes their WHY.
TRACK RECRUITMENT – Keep an ongoing list of coaches you have shared the business opportunity with! You have to share the business opportunity just like you share the products. This will keep you on your toes!
If you don’t track your efforts its going to be hard to know what you have to do to meet that big goal you want to accomplish.
