So today I am wrapping up week 2 of the Shift Shop and I am feeling GREAT! I cant believe that Im almost half way there. Last week we gradually went down on our carb intake with fewer options but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I haven’t been hungry at all and I feel great. Before I started this program I was feeling super bloated from having way too much fun this summer so it feels great to be back on track! Check out my results just after one week!
The workouts increased from 25 minutes to 35 minutes so that was also a change. Those ten minutes didn’t seem like much at first but I could see the difference for sure in my calories burned on my heart rate monitor. I love how one day the workouts focus on cardio and the next is strength training. Having a calendar to follow makes things super easy!
This week I have been taking my workouts to the gym and also right outside in my drive way. Its super hot here in Florida but its nice to get some fresh air. I stream my workouts right from my iPad. If you don’t have Wifi you an always download the workouts before you go to your destination and all you need to do is press play! Simple enough right?
I have been trying lots of new recipes from the recipe guide that comes with it and this is one that my whole family loved! Spaghetti squash baked with ground beef and cheese. Ill definitely be keeping this one in the rotation. This week we completely remove starchy carbs from our meal plan and the workouts go up to 45 minutes! Cant wait to finish the week off strong and go in for ROUND 2!!
