Im six weeks in to our newest program and I am officially OBSESSED! Im so excited to be doing this right along the side of my challengers.
We’ve been following a new meal plan that not only tells us specifically what to eat but WHEN to eat it! Like what foods you should eat before and after a workout. The first few days were a bit overwhelming and I was afraid to leave the house because I was still getting the hang of the nutrition but after about a week I got the hang of it!
Right now we are in phase 2. Each phase has a different set of workouts but not one workout is the same which is AWESOME so you don’t have to worry about getting bored. The workouts work your entire body but really focus on your abs, booty and core. Hello bikini season!! Phase 2 also introduces a “refeed day” where you get to have things like a juicy cheese burger on white bread lol!! Now THIS is my kind of plan!!
