Im on week 3 of my program and we are down to no carbs other than the kind you get from fruits and veggies and a friend shared this delicious recipe with me. I can’t get over the cake like texture! They are very simple to make and you probably already have all the ingredients on hand.
Sidenote: I forgot to add the honey in this batch and it was still really good. 🙂
Flourless Peanut Butter Muffins
1 cup of natural peanut butter or almond butter
2 very ripe bananas
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3 whole eggs
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp of cinnamon
Bake 350 for 15 minutes
*You can add dried fruit or chocolate chips
